Located right on the loop 303 in the west part of Surprise AZ, Prasada Surprise AZ is a brand new still under construction mega complex designed to encompass fantastic shopping, awesome housing and a community feel unparalleled in Arizona.  Based on a building the state's largest mall, Prasada Surprise AZ will be a mixed development retail project predominantly focusing on upper scale retail and also the usual assortment of big box retail stores.

Prasada Surprise AZ promises to be a completely unique approach to integrating housing, retail and urban development into a suburban location with the master planned community coming from Westcor and RED development respectively.  With the real state boom and bust cycle fairly recent in everyone's mind it appears ta the Prasada project has backed off a little bit in terms of aggressiveness for building timelines.  The project is still a very exciting development for the city and also the surrounding Surprise AZ Real Estate as it will undoubtedly boost values and value adds for the city.
