Surprise AZ Real Estate

If you are in the market at all right now for any type of real estate then you really need to check out Surprise AZ Real Estate.  Surprise AZ real estate is a hotbed of activity right now thanks to an exploding mortgage market and under valued houses.  I remember back in 2005 when my wife and I bought our house out here in Surprise which was the middle of nowhere back then.  For the next couple of years what we saw in Surprise AZ real estate was phenomenal growth spurred of course by out of control lending and cheap housing.  At the time you could have bought a 4,000 square foot house for a little less than $300,000 which is now selling for $100,000 or less!
