There are a lot of different homes available in Surprise with varying floor plans, square footages and builders who can accommodate almost anything you need! Even though the down turn in real estate occurred and is still for some still occurring, Surprise homes have already started the rebound for monetary values. For instance I bought my house back in 2005 for almost $265,000 and in late 2007 was valuated at almost $400,000 (not really worth close to that!) and at it’s lowest point Zillow had rated the house at under $100,000! Obviously these values are completely low and unrealistic but they speak to an interesting point – how low could values go?
